“It's ok. The food is tasty. The food staff is very friendly and attentive. But, I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs on arrival and departure. The decor in my room looked nothing like the website and had no natural light. It had mold on the caulking in the bathroom shower and sink. Chipping paint on the moulding and walls. Also, standing dust on the bed headboard and desk. I would not describe it as clean. The pool area and those rooms seem much better. They should renovate the rooms more towards the front of the hotel. It would get 4 star. Need more arrival and departure baggage people. Especially because you have stairs.”
