“Para a região sem duvida é a melhor opção. Falta um pouco de cuidado e treinamento da equipe de funcionários, tanto no hotel quanto na estação de trem. Deixa a desejar aos outros hotéis da rede Belmond. Fui abordado e agredido verbalmente por um funcionário do parque de Machu Picchu dentro da recepção do Belmond após um erro do segurança do hotel em me identificar como usuário de um drone (que não era meu). Inaceitável. Quartos pequenos. Falta um spa decente, não tem piscina nem sauna. Café da manhã excepcional! Excelentes pães e um belo jantar. Fiz minha compra pelo trivago e o que veio no meu voucher de compra era diferente no hotel. Tentei contato prévio com a equipe do hotel mas os telefones do site e google maps não recebem chamadas. Fiz contato com a central belmond e mesmo assim não consegui contato.”
