“The staff members was rude, even down to the management this is not how you run a business. I will never return and waste my money. Your need to learn how to treat guess and make them feel welcome this place was not it.”

“I never write negative reviews but unfortunately I feel obligated to inform others who may want to stay at this resort. We were locked out of our room multiple times a day Because there was some kind of issue with the door lock. Not only was it nearly impossible to speak with someone who understood our issue but the treatment I received by most of the front desk and concierge staff was disrespectful and I honestly feel as though I was discriminated against.There were some pros: The beach was beautiful and service was great. The server promptly provided drinks right to my beach chair and was very friendly. The hotel room was very clean and our housekeeper was nice enough to unlock the door for us since our keys didn’t work. The fruit buffet was beautifully presented and all of the buffet/restaurant staff were friendly and professional.”
