“The resort itself was clean and the beach was nice, but the food overall was awful, with the exception of the smoothies and fresh omelets in the morning. Don't even bother with the restaurants. They act like they are fancy and require reservations, but it is worse than airplane food. The Italian restaurant is definitely the worst. I didn't know it was possible to mess up italian so bad until I stayed here. The desserts are like those weird tasting desserts at Chinese Buffets that nobody touches. I tried to stay positive and focus on the beauty of the beach, but having no good food options is so frustrating. I also don't recommend leaving the resort as there were people with machine guns riding around on motorcycles as we drove from the airport. The employee at the omelet station was trying to hit on me and trying to get me to put my phone number on a napkin while I waited for him to make my omelet, which made me very uncomfortable as a guest. Just overall don't recommend visiting here.”
