“We can't say enough about this resort! Our vacation was amazing. The food is great! Staff is lovely- like family! Very clean. Beach was beautiful and very well kept. We stayed in the Platinum area- really lovely and worth the extra. It is a big resort but easy to get around on the trolley. It comes along every 5 minutes or so. We will return for sure!”

“No hot water Luke warm at best, 1st day no one made up our room, ac very spotty, smells like sewer. Staff friendly however if you speak English they have no idea what you are saying for the most part very disappointed as this our second time here…..mostly gone downhill….won’t be back unfortunately!!!!! I will say food is very good and beach is perfect if you can find a place to sit….think about another resort…”
